Matt’s Fair Isle patterns

On a couple of occasions, Matthew Hyndman has sported knitwear featuring geometric patterns and earthy tones. Known as a Fair Isle pattern or knit, it’s a traditional Scottish knitting technique which uses two or three colours for each row. Fair Isle is one of the Shetland Islands, hence why traditional garments are made from Shetland wool.

Claudia’s country chic sweater vests

And, last but certainly not least, we have Claudia herself, the kooky but chic host of The Traitors. Glamour UK’s contributing writer Meg Walters aptly summed up her style as “a pitch perfect mix of posh Scottish lady of the manor with a high fashion, camp twist.” For a full breakdown of her wardrobe, look here.

Stephen’s retro 1970s-style boiler suit

It’s the traitorous jumpsuit that launched a thousand ships! Taking inspiration from popstars like Harry Styles and Benson Boone, moustached Stephen Libby pulled of what’s probably the boldest look in the season so far – a Palomo Spain jumpsuit with racer-like striped panels. The original piece walked down the catwalk in the Spanish brand’s SS22 catwalk, with similar pieces worn by Styles himself.

Unfortunately, the exact piece isn’t available online anymore – though we tried hard by scouring the whole of the internet! However, there are many similar pieces you can find across platforms like eBay and Etsy. With a mix of recreations and originals dating back to the disco era, we are ready for the return of the jumpsuit.

Roxy’s cropped raincoat

Probably one of the most subtle statements in the style department came from Roxy Wilson in the form of a beige cropped raincoat she wore during one of the missions. It’s an updated take on a wardrobe staple that looked very chic out in the woods. Online sleuths have traced the piece back to the high-street brand Zara, and although the same piece isn’t available anymore, we found a similar one on Zalando.

First impressions are everything and fashion expert Stephen knows this very well. As soon as he walked onto our screens, we were compelled – yes, by his charm but also by the striking cropped blue work jacket he wore in the opening scenes. While he declared his wishes to be a traitor, it was difficult not to fawn over the crisp white stitching and the gorgeous dagger collar in blue cotton. After spending quite some time on trying to figure out where the jacket is from (Stephen still hasn’t shared the info on socials), we’ve decided the closest dupes are courtesy of Boden and British designer Daniel W. Fletcher.

As she went head to head with the fierceful faithful Harriet, it was impossible not to be mesmerised by Rachel Duffy’s cherry earrings. With the joyous fruit dangling off each of her ears and matching the rest of her crimson look, Rachel clearly demonstrated those FBI skills with some masterful levels of distraction. Honestly, even if she had said she was a traitor no one would believe her thanks to the Oriflame cherry earrings she was wearing. And for an easy price of £9.99? Well, sign us up!
